Via Order Form. You can also order tickets by downloading this Ticket Order Form, and mailing the completed form with a check to: Lebanon Theatre Co., 120 E. South St., Suite #11, Lebanon, OH 45036.

Prepayment or CC # Required. We require prepayment or a credit card number to hold your tickets.

Prices, unless otherwise noted, (Adults/Children/Seniors):

Per play or musical, other than opening night: $16
Per opening night of play or musical (includes dinner): $40
Season Tickets (does not include Fundraiser Gala): $40 for show dates other than opening night; $85 for opening night performances (includes dinner)
Fundraiser Gala: $75 per person

All performances will be at 10 S. Mechanic St. in downtown Lebanon, Ohio. Click for directions to the theatre.
