LTC is a Member of ACT Cincinnati
Lebanon Theatre Company, Inc., became a member of the Association of Community Theatres of Greater Cincinnati (ACT) in 1999. ACT unites over 18 community theatres in an umbrella organization that fosters cooperation, collaboration, education, and growth. ACT programs include peer adjudication, scholarships, and the annual Orchid Awards banquet. Founded in 1955, ACT has supported and developed Cincinnati community theatre for over 50 years.
Through its adjudication process, ACT helps theatres grow artistically by providing detailed critiques of members' productions, and giving annual awards to the best in community theatre. In its first year of membership in ACT, LTC won its first three Orchid Awards for its production of Wait Until Dark. Since then, we have received numerous awards for all areas of our work. Below is a listing of our Orchid Awards to date.
